May 4, 2012. Our bROC (bootstrapped ROC) plugin has been released for commercial distribution through
CLC bio (Arhus, Denmark). The bROC plugin analyzes differential expression in microarray experiments
and is presently available for CLC Main Workbench and CLC Genomics Workbench.
September 2, 2011. BioFormatix receives a grant award from the National Cancer Institute for
development of novel technology for ultrasensitive detection of biomarkers of ovarian cancer in blood.
